As a Senior Solutions Consultant and founder of Brillico, Hayley is a highly effective solutions-driven analyst.  She has exceptional skills in business analysis, training and ICT documentation. 

With over 10 years experience, she has both led and been an active team member within cross-functional teams responsible for the development, documentation, and successful delivery of business objectives via software implementations and process innovations. Her extensive background encompasses the entire lifecycle of learning and development, spanning across diverse industries.

Hayley’s skillset is multifaceted, honed through a diverse array of work experiences spanning local government, childcare, health and higher education sectors. Over the past decade, she has nurtured a passion for training, which has evolved into a genuine commitment to optimising end-user experiences. The amalgamation of her technical, creative, analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills has positioned Hayley as an integral part of the success of the implementation of these projects.

Hayley holds a Bachelor's degree in Technology (Information System).

Alex is a valued member of the Brillico team, and founder of our collaboration partner, Blue Platinum Solutions.  Alex has over 25 years experience successfully leading and executing all aspects of project delivery and business analysis services within large-scale and complex enterprise-wide projects and programs.

 
She is committed and results-driven and with a rich and diverse consulting background spanning multiple industries, Alex is a seasoned professional specialising in process analysis, transformation, and technology implementation. Her expertise encompasses finance, supply chain, technology integrations, and operational improvement projects across both public and private sectors. The ability to analyse complex systems, identify pain points, and envision innovative future states and her ability to manage multiple roles throughout the end-to-end project lifecycle in complex and large-scale projects makes her her invaluable to successful delivery of any project.

 
Alex holds a Bachelor's degree in Law as well as a Post-Graduate Certificate in Education.

Having successfully navigated this career evolution, Kerry embodies a unique perspective that merges multifaceted expertise with a fresh and innovative approach.
